Job Description
- Performs Training needs analysis and executes effective training programs based on the analysis.
- Monitors training rooms, system and calendar to ensure training is distributed evenly throughout each month and looks for and resolves schedule conflicts.
- Coordinates with all internal functions within various departments to ensure completion of training processes.
- Works with various departments to gain agreement as to standard procedures for documentation and coordinates related instructional document preparation.
- Organize and/or conduct training for all new hires in operations.
- Organize and/or conduct training for all new members in the training team.
- Oversee all on-the-job training and conduct examinations to ensure Trainees are being properly trained and certified.
- Ensure all issues relating to the training process are addressed and conduct root cause analysis of met issues and provide recommendations if needed.
- Plan, schedule, and administer training workshops.
- Actively attends kick off meetings, regular conference calls and actively manage all tasks connected with new projects.
- Provides feedback and required reports on necessary activities connected with assigned projects.
- Assist with onboarding of new team members and in conducting training/knowledge assessments.
- Assists with application and reimbursement of training grants.
- Works with the Training Manager on projects and special assignments.
Job Requirements
- Strong Collaboration and Influence Skills
- Advanced proficiency in collaboration and project management tools, such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Miro.
- Demonstrated ability to influence others and manage cross-functional relationships effectively.
- Experience in Training and Instructional Design
- 3 to 5 years of experience in training development, instructional design, or a similar role, preferably with a focus on both facilitation and curriculum development.
- Advanced MS Office and Documentation Skills
- High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with demonstrated ability to create detailed instructional documentation and presentations for senior leadership and project stakeholders.
- Expertise in Modern Instructional Design and eLearning Tools
- Advanced knowledge of Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, iSpring Suite, Canva, and Genially.
- Ability to develop complex eLearning modules with an emphasis on interactivity and engagement.
- Extensive Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong understanding of platforms such as Moodle, TalentLMS, and Canvas, with experience in managing or administering LMS for large groups or departments.
- Mastery of Gamification and Game-Based Learning Tools
- Extensive familiarity with tools like Kahoot, Mentimeter, Quizzez, and Articulate Storyline, with a proven track record of integrating game-based learning into training modules effectively.
- Language Proficiency
- Fluent in English (C1 level or higher), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project Management Skills and Decision-Making
- Strong skills in prioritizing, organizing, and managing multiple training projects, with a focus on achieving goals and adapting to changing organizational needs.
- Demonstrated Skills in Coaching and Mentorship
- Proven experience in providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to junior training team members, with a focus on skill development and professional growth.
- Certificates and Formal Qualifications:
- TOT Certificate is a MUST
- PMP or Equivalent Qualifications is Highly Preferred
- Additional Certifications in Instructional Design, Adult Learning are a PLUS
