Job Description
•Ensure working practices are complying with a safe workplace environment
•Ensure health & safety policies, procedures, rules, and regulations are adhered to, in the workplace, regularly reviewed, updated, and communicated.
•Monitor and follow-up, carrying out safety inspections, fire drills, and fire alarms are correctly reported, and lone working procedures are managed and employees are aware of their responsibilities.
•Conduct regular reviews of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations.
•Investigate incidents, document, , and recommended improvements implemented.
•Coordinate safety audits and safety training for employees as per the training plan
•Participate in monthly meetings when required to report on relevant health & safety matters.
Job Requirements
• 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role preferably heavy industries.
• BSc/ Diploma / BE in engineering or technology
• Preferably has relevant Certificate to Health and Safety
• Fresh graduates must have a health and safety internship.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good influence and agility skills
• Good English Fluency
• Good presentation skills
• Good in Microsoft Excel
