Job Description
Job Purpose / Objective
Responsible for creating interactive programs that enhance a customer's experience with a brand and facilitate an enjoyable experience across different HMG digital channels.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Create, plan, design and implement new designs for digital products.
- Optimize existing user interface designs.
- Monitor & test for intuitivity and experience.
- Communicate with Marketing team and stakeholders to understand the business goals and objectives.
- Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions.
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
- Create prototypes for new product ideas
- Test new ideas before implementing
- Conduct an ongoing user research
- Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
- Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
- Perform other applicable task and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.
Education/ Professional Qualification
1. Bachelor’ s Degree/ Graphic Design
Experience
1. 3-5 years of experience in the Digital business / Graphic Designer field at least 2 years of which in a similar role and preferably in healthcare industry.
Professional Licensing / Certification / Training
1. Relevant certification.
2. Graphic Design Course include Adobe Design Pack
