Job Description
- All secretarial works.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes.
- Maintain agenda and assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating appointments, meetings, etc.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Assists in the completion of various forms, notices, and other communications as assigned.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Make travel arrangements
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
- Other duties may be assigned by Executive Manager
Job Requirements
- Females only
- Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP)
- Presentable
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
- Negotiation skills
- Presentable & eloquent speaker.
- Very good communication skills
- 3-5 years of experience
