Job Description

  • All secretarial works.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes.
  • Maintain agenda and assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating appointments, meetings, etc.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Assists in the completion of various forms, notices, and other communications as assigned.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
  • Other duties may be assigned  by Executive Manager

Job Requirements

  • Females only
  • Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP)
  • Presentable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • Negotiation skills
  • Presentable & eloquent speaker.
  • Very good communication skills
  • 3-5 years of experience
