Job Description
- Assists in the elaboration and implementation of the association's communications and media strategy
- Facilitates high quality and result-based on-site media events
- Facilitates on-ground project visits for media outlets
- Takes high-quality shots and videos during events for association’s social media
- Contributes to the facilitation of association’s social media platforms as needed
- Attends and provides support in meetings with stakeholders as requested
- Performs other functions as delegated by CEO and/or Marcom Consultant
- Part-time with a minimum availability of 2.5-3 days a week (Monday/ Tuesday and Wednesday)
Job Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in media and public relations, communications and experience in socioeconomic programs is a plus
- Experience in the usage of computers, office software packages and design tools
- Excellent writing skills
- Creative in both written and visual medium
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Excellent command of English and Arabic in both speaking and writing
