Job Description

  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
  • Writing job descriptions
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Recruiting, testing, interviewing, candidate selection, exit interviews
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor regulations
  • Answer employees inquire in any HR topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any complaints or issues that may arise
  • Creates a Performance appraisal system across the company and ensures its effective execution.
  • Handles Monthly Attendance.
  • Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations
  • Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records
  • Handles Medical Insurance arrangements

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 Years of Experience as an HR Generalist
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Excellent MS office
  • Males only
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Excellent Negotiation skills, Attention to detail, and communication skills.
