- Manage the creative process from concept to completion
- Develop the visual identity of brands and products
- Review work, troubleshoot, and provide feedback to creative teams
- Design and create exciting Logos, Company profiles, Printouts, and Social Media Posts
- Leading brainstorming sessions with creative teams
- Providing analysis to ensure the project stays within brand standards
- Suggesting changes to workflows in order to improve efficiencies and cut costs
- Coordinate with designers and finalize their work by helping with editing / selecting/making the right designs asked for
- Follow up and supervise all projects and ensure the quality and deadline
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-Design
- Massive computer skills with hi-command of ADOBE® software and familiarity with software in general and technological digital devices
- A fair portfolio of work for various range of clients. Experience within the same industry is preferred
- Recognized artistic talent with a creative approach
- A track record of communications in both languages: Arabic & English
- A track record of creating ground-breaking work in digital, social, online, and experiential media
- A desire to set new trends and work in new media channels
- A good background in photography and videography, and the ability to enhance and edit
- Thirsty for knowledge, you want to learn and adapt as our brand regularly updates its branding image and messaging
- A ball of fire that gets a project and goes hard after it, staying on schedule without having their handheld every step of the way
- Experience in Graphic Design and motion graphics is a must, professional with best practices
