Job Description
- Responsible for preparing technical and financial offer for all mechanical disciplines
(HVAC, Firefighting and Plumbing) according to the following: - Study, review & analyses R.F.Q documents (drawings, specifications, B.O.Q,).
- Collect raw material prices through floating all the R.F.Q.'s to the suppliers in order to collect offers.
- Estimate project’s cost and pricing in terms of dry cost, labor cost; …. etc.
- Perform quantity take-off and estimate on the various stages of the project.
- Study Scope of work and raise tender queries.
- Study Addendum and update Tender documents.
Job Requirements
- BSc. of Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of Experience.
- Possessing a good team spirit, deadline orientated and having the ability to produce detailed technical specifications from client requirements.
