Job Description
- Performs general clerical functions (scheduling, copying, filing, etc.) for the purpose of supporting office operations.
- Type all expenses and filing all bills for the company and the CEO
- Meet clients and new employees and arrange meetings and interviews
- Hiring new employees efforts ( posts , calls , applications , mails ….etc)
- Coordinate all reports to &from stuff - management
- Answer telephone and Redirect phone calls.
- Greet visitors to the office.
- Responsible for all communication and Correspondence.
- Pick up Fax, email, and mail from post office daily & coordinate outgoing mailings
Job Requirements
- Females only
- Experience (2 _ 4) years in Real Estate field
- Experience in Real Estate field is must.
- Presentable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor degree
- Good in Microsoft Office and English.
- Teamwork skills.
- Personal Photo should be attached
- Able to work on several projects at the same time.
- Experience: 2-4 years in real estate
- ICDL: word - excel
- Listing & marketing on the internet
- Good command of English.
- 6 October residents.
- 8 Working Hours
