Job Description
- Responsible to lead and supervise the maintenance team, to achieve the assigned branch targets and to increase the market share with regards to the assigned portfolio.
- Implement the maintenance contracts sales and marketing strategy .
- Ensure achievement of Jeddah contracts sales and maintenance targets.
- Increase market share and correct the company positioning.
- Planning, directing, supervising and controlling the activities of the branch team.
- Responsible to ensure high morale and motivation of his team.
- Works closely with the branch team to communicate plans and monitor implementation.
- ensure the increase of customer satisfaction rates
Job Requirements
- B. Sc. in computer science or related degree
- At least 8-15 years hardware maintenance and sales experience in IT Hardware industry.
- Good knowledge of the computer brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo
- Excellent level of speaking & Written English Communication Skills.
- Experience in maintenance contracts sales
