Job Description

  • Manage & Moderate our social media accounts on different platforms
  • Monitoring and replying comments and questions on social media.
  • Replying to direct message on social media.
  • Collecting and recording new comments and responses for future content development.
  • Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Provide constructive feedback.
  • Community building 

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a Social Media Moderator
  • Solid understanding of social media marketing and its KPIs.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
