Job Description
- Referral of patients to the medical service providers throw our medical network, each according to his need.
- Review the service provider’s claims and approve before being sent to the head office.
- Visiting patients who are being detained at the hospital when needed, and be sure to visit the sick detainees in prisons once every 10 days at least.
- Participate in solving the problems of patients with the service providers.
- Participate in the expansion of the office network contracts with service providers.
- Evaluate the performance of the staff in the office.
- Preparation of periodic reports and quality reports.
- Reporting and Statistics Medical required of project management.
- Commitment budget set for referral services and follow-up for each item.
- Participation in the preparation of budget estimates.
- Configure the network relationships with service providers and similar organizations of our activity to enable him to reduce the service costs with no affect on the quality of medical service.
- Coordination with other medical coordinators to provide some patient services.
- Review the monthly report before sending it to the head office.
Job Requirements
- BSc. in Medicine,with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in working with refugees and/or displacement settings.
- Respect guiding principles of safety, confidentiality, and non-discrimination.
- Leadership skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Languages: Fluency in spoken and written Arabic, and English.
- Must be computer literate, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
