Job Description

He/ She will be responsible for initiating & closing Individual and corporate sales deals over the phone through the inbound and outbound calls, plus maintaining good customer relationships

 

  • Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone through the inbound and outbound calls.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Trying to search for corporate deals through good relations with the customers. 
  • Direct Compliances and refunds to the Shared service Supervisors when needed
  • Ask questions to understand customer needs and give him a consultation to close the deal
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Achieved the monthly sales targets
  • Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to DFA Services

Job Requirements

Knowledge  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, accounting, or related fields

 

Experience 

 

 

  • Proven experience as sales representative not less than 1 year.
  • Experience in Digital marketing /content marketing is an added plus
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Proficient in MS Office

 

 

 

 

 

 

Technical Skills

 
  • Very good or Excellent knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of the German language is an added plus.

 

 

Soft Skills

 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
  • A team player 
  • Super negotiation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
