- Planning and carrying out trials and tests
- Tracking environmental microorganism development
- Collecting samples from a variety of locations
- Recording, analyzing and interpreting data
- Writing reports, analysis and reviews
- Applying health & Safety rules
- Ensuring that data is recorded accurately in accordance to guidelines
- Observing high health and safety standards
- Inspecting caps manufacturing processes to check for possible contamination
