Job Description
- He will work on support company dot net sw applications on sit and hospitals
- Supporting the development team in understanding the customer requirements which reflects on the project design
- Executing assigned tasks regarding the project implementation plan
- Assisting in Organizing the project location with the assist of the IT department
- Assisting in deploying and installing the applications and give training to client team according to the plan
- Performing the project Testing to ensure that the system is working according to the standard
- Monitoring any problems related to the implementation
- Supporting the customer during the implementation Phase
- Perform other/additional duties and projects that may be periodically assigned.
- Provide updates of implementation progress and challenges to the team leader on a regular basis.
- Conduct the application training, database and application configurations matching between the customer needs and the application standards.
- To complete, maintain all company paperwork in a timely, accurate and efficient manner alongside the company’s guidelines.
- To attend any relevant training course which is set to improve knowledge on the company’s or associated applications
Job Requirements
- Excellent Communication skills Courses.
- Strong English commands and language skills.
- Strong knowledge on Microsoft SQL technologies.
- An excellent communicator, self starter and tenacious.
- Candidates must be disciplined and well organized.
- A good understanding of product business know how would be an advantage although full training will be provided.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to customer needs is a good trait for an Implementer.
- Be able to work under pressure and multi-task, the ability to priorities ensuring that all tasks are completed to the relevant business processes.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office especially presentation tools.
