Job Description
Main Duties:
- Targeting and prospecting new customers and building permanent long-term relationship with Consultants and decision makers by offering them a full technical support for all their requirements to assure our Products Approvals and company vendor listing.
- Initiating and managing new solutions launches and products renovations through periodical seminars and presentations and handing out product materials and samples.
- Conducting analysis and market research for existing and new products and projects.
- Preparing quotations and tenders documents according to customer’s needs and suggesting alternative solutions.
- Following up delivery, handling and analyzing customer complaints and assuring customer satisfaction.
- Conducting developer’s appointments and site visits to bring new projects and reporting them to our sales team.
- Organizing visits to our factories referring to our customer's request.
- Recording all aggregated information in CRM database.
- Following up official procedures through our business cycle from vision, objectives & strategies using periodical reports with direct manager.
- Technical Representative in all exhibitions and events worldwide.
Job Requirements
- 1 – 3 years experience in B2B environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact successfully with your customers.
- Self‐motivated with strong problem‐solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage and achieve the goals
