Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Job purpose is to enhance service level taken to resolve customer’s suspension.
Enhance customer satisfaction by enhancing the problem handling process

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and editing the Customers KYC:
  1. Physically: Reviewing and editing the physical KYC data to Ensure that all data corrected and completed (Customer Full name, Address clear and completed, Customer signature, clear national ID copy, Agent signature, Store Stamp and national ID expiration date ).
  2. Systematic: Reviewing and editing all the required data on Mob-pay system (Customer Full name, Address clear and completed, Check the national ID#, Check service status on CX ).
  3. Creating new wallets of the rejected and not registered wallets on Mob-pay.
  • Receiving pickup requests from retail stores with all opened wallets created during the agreed SLA and ready for collection.
  • Send within agreed SLA to NBE list of pickup wallets that will be delivered by Etisalat internal courier to NBE
  • Receiving all returned wallets from NBE that missing staff signature or store stamp and return it back to the bank after taking corrective action.
