Job Description
Main Duties:
- Generating new leads from individual data base , personal contacts, referrals from family & friends according to the requested segment .
- Handle & Prepare all related sales cycle from Project demo to sales documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, etc
- Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance and act as SPOC “ Single Point of Contact for his/ her clients
- Investigate clients' financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing prior to purchase.
- Conduct market survey and provide detailed results and market analysis to our competitors
- Follow-up on pending procedures regarding closed deals.
- Generating activity reports
- Upload & update the CRM system daily with the needed data .
- Build fruitful Sales Funnel & Follow-up on prospect customers
- Generating forecast & expected sales.
- Shadowing new comers and providing them with product knowledge.
- Closing deals with high end clients & managing their cases to obtain their satisfaction
- Achieve the Monthly, Quarter & Yearly set targets
- Collecting any bounced cheques by rescheduling the payment plan, customer relation, handling customers complains.
