About the Job

Main Duties:

  • Generating new leads from individual data base , personal contacts, referrals from family & friends according to the requested segment .
  • Handle & Prepare all related sales cycle from Project demo to sales documents  such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, etc
  • Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance and act as SPOC “ Single Point of Contact for his/ her clients
  • Investigate clients' financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing prior to purchase.
  • Conduct market survey and provide detailed results and market analysis to our competitors
  • Follow-up on pending procedures regarding closed deals.
  • Generating activity reports
  • Upload & update the CRM system daily with the needed data .
  • Build fruitful Sales Funnel & Follow-up on prospect customers
  • Generating forecast & expected sales.
  • Shadowing new comers and providing them with product knowledge.
  • Closing deals with high end clients & managing their cases to obtain their satisfaction
  • Achieve the Monthly, Quarter & Yearly set targets
  • Collecting any bounced cheques by rescheduling the payment plan, customer relation, handling customers complains.
