Managing the maintenance department including staff and maintenance related activities.
Coordinating day to day activities, involving the maintenance of the facility, plant infrastructure, and production lines.
Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities.
Work closely with the engineering, production, and line engineering teams.
Supplying spare parts, tools, and performing tasks needed to help the team achieve operational goals.
Plan, develop, and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials
Directs training and indoctrination of workers to improve work performance with company policies and procedures
Confers with management, engineering, and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment.
Review production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities

Bachelor degree prefer in Engineering.
At least ten years of successful management experience in a manufacturing environment .
System user Oracle .
Well known experience of Microsoft office.
Excellent planning & ability to communicate with others .
Maximum age: 45
