About the Job
  • Provide Customer Service & Technical knowledge training for newcomers.
  • Perform coaching/training for Quality Assurance alerts (Third alert)
  • Perform coaching/training for received cases and escalations from clients
  • Perform periodical (Quarter) verification (for CSRs and KCRJs)
  • Support in knowledge update communication to Operations
  • Prepare material for new accounts upon receiving info from Senior Trainer
  • Review & Maintain consistency of training materials.
  • Submit stationary requirements to Senior Trainer
  • Reporting Training batches attendance and verification
Job Requirements
  • Applicant must have previous experience in Vodafone  .
  • English from V. Good to Excellent.
  • Salary. Life insurance – Medical Insurance- Social insurance.
  • Communication and presentation skills are a must.
