Job Description
- Provide Customer Service & Technical knowledge training for newcomers.
- Perform coaching/training for Quality Assurance alerts (Third alert)
- Perform coaching/training for received cases and escalations from clients
- Perform periodical (Quarter) verification (for CSRs and KCRJs)
- Support in knowledge update communication to Operations
- Prepare material for new accounts upon receiving info from Senior Trainer
- Review & Maintain consistency of training materials.
- Submit stationary requirements to Senior Trainer
- Reporting Training batches attendance and verification
Job Requirements
- Applicant must have previous experience in Vodafone .
- English from V. Good to Excellent.
- Salary. Life insurance – Medical Insurance- Social insurance.
- Communication and presentation skills are a must.
