Job Description
- Perform daily payroll department operations.
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Process employee Time & Attendance data from the Time system to payroll and reconcile variances utilizing tools in the Time and payroll systems.
- Correspond payroll prior to transmission and validation confirmed reports
- Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits
- Execute Time to time and attendance processing and interface with payroll
- Balances payroll accounts by auditing information; identifying and resolving discrepancies; initiating journal entries.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with manufacturing.
- System user "SAP-ERP ,..." Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent knowledge of labor law.
