Job Overview :
To be liaising with customers, current and potential, and other departments within the Domestic & International delivery industry, taking all worthwhile opportunities to expand the business, promoting all services that the company could offer and following up any leads to sourcing new clients , orienting the new sales staff and focus on improving the job performance and sales of existing staff.
Main Job Duties:
- Assist in developing sales targets and strategies with the Sales Manager, and then overseeing that these targets are met.
- Report to the Sales Manager with all progress, keeping them updated on the progress of the staff and the completion of sales targets.
- Responsible for using their initiative to source new clients. This includes following leads, visiting potential clients and giving sales presentations.
- Orient the new sales staff and focus on improving the job performance and sales of existing staff.
- Attending any conferences and functions where the promotion of the company’s services is possible, and they must prepare and give sales presentations.
- Delegate tasks to sales staff.
- Maintaining new business production, customer satisfaction, and continuous business growth.
- Set daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals, motivate team to reach individual sales goals and encourage the staff to work better, rather than harder.
- Responsible for preparing and delivering sales reports to management also, report on team member performance and mission-related objectives.
Job Requirements
- Experience or background is highly preferred in one or more of the following:
Delivery, Logistics, Pricing experience, Retail, E-Commerce, Courier Service, Supply chain, International express - Bachelor's degree or any relevant degree.
- Experience in sales from 3-7 Years.
- Experience as a Team Leader at least for 1 Year.
- Car Owner is preferred.
- High Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
- Leadership Skills.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
