About the Job
  • Conduct fair, equitable and competitive compensation packages that are aligned to Alkan CIT group’s strategy and goals
  • Ensure all compensation and benefits policies and procedures are implemented properly
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation and laws
  • Contribute to administering employees’ insurance, pension and savings plans
  • Revise the new hires registered in the ERP System
  • Responsible for conducting the Human Resources budget in accordance with the Compensation and Benefits Manager and Human Resources Director
  • Coordinate with the Recruitment section to ensure that the annual manpower plan is within the budget
  • Design, implement, and manage grading structure and salary classification
  • Responsible for the market survey handled on annual basis and ensure the group is investing in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value to the group
  • Responsible for introducing new benefits to the group and administer the benefits that shall be approved
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of experience in the Human Resources Department
  • Human Resources certifications are preferable
