Job Description
- Lead the graphics and video team to create and collaborate on best-in-class marketing material
- Partner with company leadership to ensure video production alignment with the overall strategic vision of the company
- Establish production benchmarks and ensure a constant focus on delivering and improving production standards
- Manage the video production budget and ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Retain, manage and maintain relationships with freelance video editors and producers to supplement work, as needed
- Manage all aspects of pre-production, production and post-production including but not limited to - script development, storyboard, preparing for shoots, location scouting and booking, talent booking, video production, and video editing
- Lead company in standardizing and sticking to brand guidelines
- Lead the creative direction and implementation of internal and external content such as standardizing proposal templates, ebook templates, powerpoint templates, letterhead, email signatures, and more
- Offer support and execute on the different requests from the various marketing teams (social, content, ads, outdoor, etc
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- Worked as a director for not less than 2 years and created many successful ads.
- Be able to see other people's points of view and cope with criticism
- Be able to work within strict budgets.
- Be highly motivated and well organized
- Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role
- Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, but also understanding offline and print
- Experience
- Ideally an interest in new technologies and pushing new boundaries where others haven't.
