Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Office Manager reports to the President and is responsible for providing office management services, maintaining office services and efficiency, supervising office staff and maintaining office records.
  • Design and implement office policies and establish standards and procedures
  • Organize office operations and procedures; maintain office equipment
  • Review and approve supply requisitions
  • Organizes and coordinates company events
  • Supervise office staff
  • Assign and monitor administrative responsibilities and tasks; coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Recruit, orient and train office staff; provide on the job and other training opportunities
  • Evaluate staff performance; coaching and disciplining staff
  • Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
  • Manages human resources, payroll, labor office/social insurance related documents
  • Manages and creates marketing materials
