Job Description
English Customer Service Representatives are needed for a well-known UAE Account in Sutherland Global Services Company.
The purpose of this position is to:
- Answer customer calls.
- Provide first-level trouble-shooting (if a customer complaint.
- Provide information and guidance (if a general customer inquiry) in order to resolve customer issues/inquiries.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- University Graduate is a must.
- Very Good Command of English Language.
- 0-2 years of experience (Fresh Graduates are also welcomed to apply).
- Gender: M/F.
- Alexandria resident is a must.
- Computer Literacy.
- Good communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills.
