  • Maintains and grows relationships with large customers, while achieving an assigned sales and profit growth goal
  • Focusing on customers with high-value, strategic growth opportunity
  • Generates revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales and recommending new line products and services
  • Brand our training and consultant services
  • Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.
  • Builds customer base by meeting with potential clients and educating them on the benefits of our services & trainings
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment


  • Achieves assigned sales quota ( service & training)
  • Meets assigned expectations for profitability
  • Establishes customer account plans that meet company standards in all assigned accounts.
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
