Job Description
- Maintains and grows relationships with large customers, while achieving an assigned sales and profit growth goal
- Focusing on customers with high-value, strategic growth opportunity
- Generates revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales and recommending new line products and services
- Brand our training and consultant services
- Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.
- Builds customer base by meeting with potential clients and educating them on the benefits of our services & trainings
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Achieves assigned sales quota ( service & training)
- Meets assigned expectations for profitability
- Establishes customer account plans that meet company standards in all assigned accounts.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
Job Requirements
- 3 years experience
