Job Description
- Manages the estimation process for a medium size general construction company.
- Manages multiple construction project tenders simultaneously in an organized manner.
- Coordinates with estimation team production and teamwork.
- Examines and reviews all project contract tender documents, including: BOQs, drawings, specs, contract etc.
- Coordinates and ensures all project pricing is received, analyzed and complete according to contract documents.
- Ensures project pricing is updated and precise.
- Works with estimation team to achieve project deadlines.
- Coordinates with multiple suppliers and subcontracts to ensure the best technical & financial offers.
- Initiates and attends meetings with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assists Manager with any technical duties necessary.
Job Requirements
- 10 years of experience in the same field.
- Architecture Engineer Graduate.
