Job Description
- Review & Submit all health authority ( MOH) approvals necessary for customs release for API/Excipients/ Reference standard / Brands / machines / spare parts and packaging material required for manufacturing process.
- Keeps aware on customs rules, regulations & all customs procedures to act accordingly in customs approvals for import & export shipments, follow up all rules, regulations & documents needed for customs approvals & be aware of the procedures in the cases of customs clearance rejection till getting the approval of release
- Submitting yearly importation plan to MOH with all requirements and documents needed
- Ensure the validity of papers, documents & certificates presented to the authorities for customs clearance approval on import & export shipments.
- Be aware of the fees & expenses required for customs clearance approval, notify the finance department & related departments with these expenses,
- Follow up the procedures needed to get the approvals feedback on time & follow up the procedures needed for customs release according to approved lead time
- Follow up the status of all imported materials through Nafeza
- Follow up with customs clearance agent to get approvals on imported material on daily basis
- Minimize land fees and lead time for each shipment
- Notify supply chain team with released materials which will be delivered from customs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of any relevant field .
- Experience from 6 :8 years in Pharmaceutical industry is must
- October resident is preferable.
