Job Description
- Responsible for entering new customers on the financial application system Great Plans (GP) system.
- Responsible for calling customers to collect payment before due dates.
- Responsible for coordinating with customers in case of facing any problems with collection and if it has not been resolved shall refer back to the sales person who’s responsible for this transaction.
- Following up with the messengers and the representatives of the company in solving problems that faced them during their visits to the clients.
- Know to send official E-mails to customers
- Know to handle any issue related to collection job
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from a reputable university,
- Good communication skills in English
