Job Description
- Identify the processes, and implement the same to improve overall performance, reduce cost, increase productivity, etc. resulting in significant operations improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Closely work with all the verticals heads for identifying the right processes for their respective verticals.
- Responsible for targeting completion of process improvement projects within a specified time frame while achieving a cost reduction goal.
- Actively lead activity related to process implementations and seek helps from respective verticals head to drive the same.
- Provide management related cost projects status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives.
- Preparation of monthly cost projects scorecard reports.
Job Requirements
- Engineer (Mechanical - Electrical)
- Logical bent of mind.
- Ability to challenge status quo
- Knowledge of writing and drawing processes in Visio or similar such tools.
- Keenness of mind to study new activities and processes
