Job Description

  • Supervise and follow a team of training coordinators in the company projects.
  • Supervise Organizing and developing training procedure manuals and guides and course materials
  • Set plans for the coordinator to visit trainees work venues to follow the training process.
  • Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities and program effectiveness.
  • Communicate with vendors for the logistical tasks.
  • Create training assessments and prepare analysis report on its effectiveness as per the feedback received and update the data-base.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent Leadership and supervision skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Organization, planning and problem solving skills.
  • Able to travel inside Egypt (all expenses are covered).
  • Patient, Flexible, Positive attitude.
