Job Description
- Supervise and follow a team of training coordinators in the company projects.
- Supervise Organizing and developing training procedure manuals and guides and course materials
- Set plans for the coordinator to visit trainees work venues to follow the training process.
- Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities and program effectiveness.
- Communicate with vendors for the logistical tasks.
- Create training assessments and prepare analysis report on its effectiveness as per the feedback received and update the data-base.
Job Requirements
- Excellent office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent Leadership and supervision skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Organization, planning and problem solving skills.
- Able to travel inside Egypt (all expenses are covered).
- Patient, Flexible, Positive attitude.
