Job Description
You will need to contact our already registered customers to follow them up, support them, and buy our online advertising services as follow:
- Make opening calls, Generate leads, follow up calls and Close the deals.
- Contact customers & corporates by telephone to promote services.
- Explain the service to potential customers.
- Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources including telephone directories.
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
- Answer telephone calls from the customers who are responding to advertisements
- Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
- Handle customers complains and answer customers inquiries
- Introduce the new services to the clients
- Raise any problem or technical issues to the technical support department
- Ensure customer satisfaction and clarity of all the necessary information and answer all inquiries
- Provide customer with accurate information, calculated quotations and right solutions.
- Handle a large volume of calls.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 Years of experience.
- Good command of English language
- Good command of reporting tools & MS office.
- High Communication skills and good telephone manner.
- Customer care oriented.
