Job Description

You will need to contact our already registered customers to follow them up, support them, and buy our online advertising services as follow:

  • Make opening calls, Generate leads, follow up calls and Close the deals.
  • Contact customers & corporates by telephone to promote  services.
  • Explain the  service to potential customers.
  • Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources including telephone directories.
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
  • Answer telephone calls from the customers who are responding to advertisements
  • Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
  • Handle customers complains and answer customers inquiries
  • Introduce the new services to the clients
  • Raise any problem or technical issues to the technical support department
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and clarity of all the necessary information and answer all inquiries
  • Provide customer with accurate information, calculated quotations and right solutions.
  • Handle a large volume of calls.

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 3 Years of experience.
  • Good command of English language
  • Good command of reporting tools & MS office.
  • High Communication skills and good telephone manner.
  • Customer care oriented.
