Main Duties:
- Dealing with telephone and email enquirers.
- Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas.
- Keeping diaries and arranging appointments.
- Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases.
- Managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing.
- Researching and writing reports.
- Supporting staff.
