Job Description

You will be working within a small global team launching the World's First 3D Social Network app (starting in the US). You will LEAD the marketing & user acquisition strategy & execution

The ideal candidate is an ambitious self-starter who has 7+ years of experience and is proficient at leading digital marketing campaigns from start to finish - including but not limited to: influencer marketing, social media strategy, running user groups and ambassador programs and driving social ad campaigns. You must be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Priority is given to candidates with expertise in Consumer apps; especially Social or messaging apps. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing strategy and execution; including user acquisition, retention, growth & brand awareness. You will grow your marketing team and manage 3rd party marketing agencies.
  • Lead influencer marketing (Research, recruit, negotiate & manage influencers across a variety of campaigns)
  • Work with various marketing agencies to plan, execute and optimize paid & influencer marketing campaigns across multiple Ad networks & social platforms.
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate social media content strategy, based on set objectives, including (but not limited to) content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Pinterest & YouTube. Calendars should help engage, grow & educate users.
  • Run evangelism/ ambassadors group (user groups) including screening, hiring & drawing strategy and execution.
  • Oversee community management for social media platforms, while keeping abreast of industry trends. Spearhead digital and social campaign tracking and analytics
  • Continuously measure, analyze, assess & enhance marketing campaigns across various channels to optimize performance and cost of acquisition and retention.
  • Work with product team to continuously enhance the product and its USE cases, based on market feedback and users' groups.
  • Stay on the cutting-edge of digital/social trends, including monitoring competitors and suggest fresh ideas to implement in our app.

Job Requirements

Work online for EST zone FULLY. You will work 8 hours matching EST timezone with a team in North America (EST: Eastern Standard Time; time on the eastern coast of the United States). This is a MUST condition.

  • At heart, you're a Growth Hacker! with all the art, science & passion that comes with it
  • Have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of deliverables (influencer marketing, social ads, ambassadors and evangelism, social media strategy, etc).
  • You have Consumer digital marketing experience with consumer apps; including user acquisition, retention, awareness, reach, etc. This is a MUST for the role.
  • You can & know-how to, wear multiple hats. We’re a small team & your role in company's success is crucial. Diverse experience in running robust digital marketing campaigns & driving digital strategy is a must.
  • You have HIGH energy. You are driven to succeed, and You hold yourself faithfully accountable for your targets and objectives. This role is for those who are looking to build a global career in marketing that is filled with many successes quickly. This requires an entrepreneurial mindset and hunger to reach for the stars 24x7!
  • You have deep knowledge & understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends (Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook. etc.).
  • Has strong insight into the influencer industry - you're knowledgeable and up-to-date on industry trends and FTC guidelines for brand activities.
  • You know how to quickly develop and enhance digital campaign strategy, content, and execute when there is a timely trend to join. This is key!
  • You are obsessed with details and data; constantly improving. You have the Intuition for what is a "good fit" for our brand and how to best utilize marketing channels - including influencers - in an authentic way that connects with audience.
  • Your English written and verbal communication skills are impeccable.
  • Got experience working in a Marketing Agency? Awesome, that is a plus but not mandatory.
