Job Description
The Purpose / role:
Handling specific tasks assigned by the IT Management in relation to Installing, maintaining, and monitoring all IT devices Plus Receiving and acting upon all colleagues’ support requests
Main responsibilities:
- Installing and maintaining all new IT devices.
- Monitoring and acting upon all IT devices and applications.
- Receiving and acting upon all colleagues’ support requests and any IT related queries.
- Handling specific tasks assigned by the IT Management in relation to the business.
- Handling troubleshooting.
- Setup applications & devices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT services
- Knowledge of Operating Systems (e.g. Servers – Work Stations)
- Ability to provide IT devices support
- Knowledge of Local Area Network (LAN) & its protocols (e.g. TCP/IP)
- Fault, diagnosis and repair skills
- Knowledge of technical processes
