Job Description

  • Help desk technicians diagnose PC errors and provide technical support.
  • Help desk technicians troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues.
  • Help desk technicians backup and restore an organization's data files and folders.
  • Help desk techs install, configure and upgrade PC software and operating systems.
  • Install windows, windows server, windows drivers, configure outlook
  • Remote IT help desk specialists provide technical support over the telephone or Internet.
  • Remote help desk technicians may use specialized help desk support software to take remote control of end-users' computers to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex issues.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Work hours from 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Location: mainly on obour branch, (it will be an advantage if he reside on obour or near from it) , may be 1-2 days on HQ
  • A good knowledge Domain environment, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, remote desktop
  • MCSE / MCITP is an advantage
