Job Description
- Responsibility for the successful delivery of the marketing plan for each Group business
- Delivery of communications programs to increase brand awareness
- Production of a wide range of high quality marketing collateral
- Regular and meaningful reporting on the success of the marketing initiatives undertaken
- Input into both tactical and long-term strategic marketing plans
- Monitoring of the markets that each business operates in alerting senior management of upcoming changes and/or trends and making recommendations on how marketing activity can be adapted to maximize new opportunities
- Generation of fresh content for company websites, blogs & email marketing
- Generation of new ideas and initiatives
- Input into marketing budgets
- Manage internal and external resources to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and to agreed budget
- Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers, partners and suppliers
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Marketing role to support the above
- Proven marketing communications skills
- Self motivated with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve and multi-task
- Confident, resilient and tenacious with an enthusiastic can-do attitude
- Creative and unafraid to challenge existing ways of thinking
