About the Job

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls professionally & respond to customer inquiries
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Enter customer information & complete call logs
  • Process orders, forms and applications
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Route calls to appropriate resource
  • Produce call reports
Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication & problem solving Skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practice
  • Graduates Only
  • English is a MUST
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Flexible with shift basis (9 hours rotational shifts 5 days a week)
