Job Description

  • Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system.
  • Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required.
  • Manage the process of employee termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees.
  • Keep good relations and communication channels with concerned governmental authorities; this includes the Labor Office and Insurance Authority in order to avoid any penalties that can be imposed on the company.
  • Administer termination procedures by exiting terminated employees out of the system and accomplish required documents and make financial Settlement and papers to ensure updated and accurate employee database.
  • Responsible for full recruitment cycle.
  • Interviewing and selecting the most qualified candidates.
  • Follow up with the accepted candidates with preparing their hiring documents and their starting date.
  • Responsible for orienting and explaining the strategy of the company to the new employees.
  • Document interviews results (accepted/rejected/waiting, etc...) for future analysis.
  • Conduct exit interviews for the resigned employees.
  • Follow up the induction training for the new employees; follow up training attendance and training results.
  • Support and follow up the internal training, prepare training records and follow up training results.
  • Assist in preparing training plan, collecting training need assessments for each department to design the annual training plan for all sites.
  • Communicate with training centers, get the approvals and complete reservation process.
  • Assist HR manager in various HR tasks activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • 2+ years of professional in the personnel department.
  • Very Good in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organization.
  • Able to deal with different cultures and personalities.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • HR diploma or certificate is a plus.
  • Maadi residence preferred.
