Job Description

Our stack:
Within the engineering department we mainly use the following technologies and frameworks: Java, Spring, Angular, Android, IOS, Ruby on Rails and .Net. All based on Apache, JBoss, GlassFish, Linux, Postgres DB and Solr.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acting as galvanizing force in terms of sharing Agile knowledge across the team to deliver high level quality products. Acting as the Agile drive for the entire team.
- Lead multiple teams through the Agile / Scrum process in the delivery of mission critical, customer facing, software development projects to the production system.
- Result oriented and focus on the final result by tracking all the changes occurred in the product features and how they are aligned with each other.
- Understanding of operation management aspects.
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospective, standups and sprint reviews.
- Facilitate the Scrum development team to be successful in delivery of the sprint commitment.
- Remove the barriers between development team and Product and remove all the team blockers.
- Identify, mitigate and manage the risks to achieve project success.
- Identify and implement creative solutions to impediments to keep the scrum and project on track.
- Provide and maintain all necessary communications and status information for the team. Ensure cross-team coordination.
- Assist the product owner with keeping the backlog groomed.
- Coach and mentor the team members.
- The ability to lead by example.

- Coordinate with other Scrum teams, project teams and departments towards on-time delivery of critical projects and programs.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of computer science or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in similar assignment.
- Certified Scrum Master/Scrum Practitioner.
- Knowledge of AWS (full stack) technologies.
- Development background in Java and any other language is preferable.
- Push notification knowledge, Google analytics is a plus.
- Map technologies knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of using JIRA and other tools is preferable.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle is a must.
- Experience playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with very collaborative and flexible mindset.
- Very strong ability to communicate openly, clearly, concisely and effectively.
- Exhibit good leadership skills by carrying everyone along without bias.
- Be highly focused in order to stick to the objectives and goals of the company without giving in to undue distractions and challenges.
- Exhibit good motivational skills to bring out the best in team members.
- Good crises management skills to handle pressure from project challenges.
- Good temperament to deal with team members’ shortcomings.
- Excellent communication skills in English in written and spoken form.
- Ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to quickly sense what will help or hinder accomplishing a goal; eliminates roadblocks; creates focus.
- Problem solver and can see hidden problems; looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers.
