Job Description
- To follow all PO’s related to foreign/local suppliers starting from date of PO.
- To receive and revise Order Acknowledgements to match PO requirements.
- To follow up with suppliers’ CS team for shipping date/shipping information/shipping documents on weekly basis until material is ready to ship.
- To ensure that all required documents related to PO’s are clearly understood by suppliers and is well prepared.
- To perform all tasks required for ACID process.
- To work with Egyptian freight forwarders to secure the freight booking.
- To negotiate with Egyptian freight forwarders for best rate.
- To receive original shipping documents from supplier & freight forwarder.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Female.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor degree in commerce/business/engineering or any other related major.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Very good level of English.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Full knowledge of foreign purchasing activities, freight forwarders’ negotiations, ACID process, and importing documentations.
- Hard working.
- Focused.
- Orgqnized.
