Job Description
- Answer and address incoming online chat support requests and emails from customers.
- Ability to successfully resolve multiple incoming online chat support requests at a time.
- Be primary point of contact for all undocumented online chat support issues.
- Take ownership of each online chat support request issue and effectively bring it to resolution or escalation
- Ensure complete resolution of issue(s) in order to prevent repeat online chat support requests.
Job Requirements
- Excellent or Very good command English language
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor degree holder
- Maximum age range 30-32
Working Conditions:
- Five working days and two days off on a rotational basis - Morning, evening and Overnight
- Last shift for females ends at 9:00 PM
