About the Job
  • Answer and address incoming online chat support requests and emails from customers.
  • Ability to successfully resolve multiple incoming online chat support requests at a time.
  • Be primary point of contact for all undocumented online chat support issues.
  • Take ownership of each online chat support request issue and effectively bring it to resolution or escalation
  • Ensure complete resolution of issue(s) in order to prevent repeat online chat support requests.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent or Very good command English language
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor degree holder
  • Maximum age range 30-32

Working Conditions:

  • Five working days and two days off on a rotational basis - Morning, evening and Overnight
  • Last shift for females ends at 9:00 PM
  • Social Insurance & Medical Insurance
