Job Description
- Develop a media relations and marketing communications plan including: strategy, goals, budget, and tactics
- Manage global PR activities
- Manage Influencers
- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
- Manage media inquiries (expect dozens of incoming requests monthly) and
- interview requests
- Create content for press releases and articles
- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships on an on-going basis.
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years of proven public relations experience AND/OR editor/ owner of tech blog
- Existing relationships with a wide variety of media outlets/ content publishers
- Experience in technology / SaaS/ analytics company or PR- an advantage
- Existing relationships with publishers / industry associations in the marketing, ecommerce, retail, agencies, business news publications an advantage
- Exceptional communication, writing and editing skills; fluent English required
- Very analytical; comfort with data and numbers
- Hard working, team player
- Degree from one of the best universities
- Willingness to travel occasionally
