Job Description

  • Preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations.
  • Handing all request from clients (manual and automated).
  • Handling with Presales department and sales team the BOM.
  • Making quotation, Performs invoice.
  • Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings.
  • Arrange all documents related to the tenders, quotation ,and price bid
  • Communicating with regional sales team for status of order and position of sales.
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing customers.
  • Supporting sales and administrative team
  • Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets.
  • Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis report.
  • Updating the status of sales order in the database or computer (CRM SYSTEM).
  • Monitoring the trends and evaluating the performance assessed against monthly sales goals.
  • Maintaining an efficient work environment.
  • Promoting the facilities of the organization to fresh and existing customers through a proactive approach.
  • Assisting in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by the Sales event manager.
  • Attending network and promotional events to develop and maintain contact with potential clients and professional bodies.
  • Excellent polite and persuasive communication skills.
  • Passionate, hard worker and well organized professional with power to prioritize and multitask.
  • Should exert sound judgment, discretion and preserve confidentiality.

Job Requirements

  • Males Only.
  • University degree.
  • Giza resident (October, Sheikh Zayed, Haram, Mohandessin).
  • Experience and sensitivity dealing with confidential information.
  • Perfect English and business mailing.
  • Able to work late hours and field interaction duties.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to deal effectively with people at every level.
  • Achieving targets.
  • Excellent use of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
