Job Description
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments according to manager instructions.
- Plan, coordinate, and direct activities as assigned by the manager.
- Participates in activities related to student affairs such as admission, pre-registration, registration, financial aid.
- Keeps track of course changes, reporting student standings.
- Provide students with information about the Center.
- Deal with and help resolve any student complaint.
- Receiving and directing students.
- Keep records of students attendance, process students accounts and file documents.
- Keep office appearance presentable for clients and customers.
- Complete all typing and copying as requested.
- Make a weekly check of all office supplies and forms.
- Order and maintain office supplies and forms.
- Sort and deliver mail.
- Contact suppliers of any service to office. (i.e.: copier repair, refreshment vendors, promotional vendors, etc.).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Fast, organized and accurate work.
- Good verbal Communication skills.
- Good Listening skills.
- Must be computer literate.
- Good English Skills.
