Accountant

About the job:

• The financial accountant contributes to achieving the goals of Crystal Mind and the financial management by following up on the cash movement, the movement of banks, the exchange, the treasury, preparing the daily inventory, and participating in the preparation of financial reports for the budget and tax examination.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up the incoming and outgoing cash movement and coordinates with the financial manager to arrange spending priorities.
• Monitor the movement of the treasury from the incoming and outgoing, whether internally or externally, and confirms this in the programs designated for that
• Receive and delivers cash and daily checks prepare receipts for receipt and exchange and record that.
• Hold a daily inventory of incoming and outgoing, prepares the treasury journal entry and attaches all documents related to each transaction.
• Disburse advances and transfers for employees within the specified amount and takes all measures to prove that and returns to the line manager in case the request exceeds the specified amount.
• Monitor the daily exchange rates, informs the internal authorities responsible for updates, and coordinates with the Financial Director in case decisions are taken.
• Review the covenant with the managers, conducts settlements and matches documents submitted to the actual spender
• Prepare monthly and quarterly tax reports
• Participate in preparing the reports and financial documents required for tax examination
• Prepare cash movement statements, including bank operations, such as withdrawing, depositing, issuing checks, cashing them, making settlements, and submitting the required reports for that to the line manager.
• Participate in preparing the financial reports for the final budget of the company
• Supply the required information at the dates agreed upon by the managers, the work team, and the new employees to run the work.
