Job Description
- Layer 1 support for end users & Provide technical assistance for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Applying IT standards.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Install, Modify & repair surveillance systems, finger print machines & network cables
- LAN/WAN systems and the Process Data Acquisition.
- Document internal procedures.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. degree in computer science or any related fields
- 2+ Year of experience in the IT field
- Very Good in English
- Knowledge in IT Systems and network is mandatory
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good Knowledge in windows, office, network.
- CCNA and MCSA certification is plus.
