About the Job
  • Review & track progress versus set business objectives namely volume sales, revenue sales, numeric distribution, weighted distribution, listing, visibility contracts etc. on monthly basis, take corrective action and deliver the end result consistently.
  • Ensure clear communication and adherence of set pricing and devised trade offers in retail market for both Key wholesalers as well as Traditional trade, ONLY post approval from GM - VB.
  • Market intelligence / sharing of knowledge through various monthly reports namely secondary sales report, merchandising report, KEY customer development plan
  • Competition activity tracking report on a regular basis & to use the reports effectively to initiate business development by plugging in the market / product gaps.
  • Train the distribution partner’s sales & merchandising team to improve the distribution width & depth, merchandising standards and execution of local consumer promotions by way of both on job & class room periodical training sessions.
  • Ensure timely orders & collections (for the sales made) on regular basis.

  • Three years of FMCG experience in active sales and distribution.
