Job Description
- Personnel – Training – Recruitment – HR Generalist Experience
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Keeps employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in timely manner.
- Assists in the day to day personnel tasks.
- Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on the website, reviewing resumes, and performing telephone interviews and reference checks.
- Assists in the Blue Collars hiring process
- Assists in handling the training process (training needs analysis – training Plan – scheduling training sessions – keep accurate records of all trainings – individual & overall training evaluation – employee training record)
Job Requirements
- Male
- Min 3 years experience
- Working experience with the IMC
- Bachelor of Commerce
- Age: 25 to 30 years max
- Military Service Status: Complete
- Manufacturing experience (FMCG is a plus)
- Very Good command of English language
